This is a Marmont and Sherry Line key ring from GUCCI, an old Gucci item.
Regarding the condition, there is fading and scratches on the leather parts. There is fraying on the Sherry Line. There is plating peeling and scratches on the ring part.
I purchased this at a store in Milan, Italy, a long time ago.
