I purchased this item on this site and have kept it stored in a dark place without ever using it. I am selling it as I have no opportunity to use it.
There are shoulder pads in the shoulders.
It also comes with pants, which have an elastic waistband and a drawstring.
A woman of average build, 160cm tall, wore it and found it to be slightly loose.
