According to the shoe box chart, European size 38 is listed as 23.5cm. However, I usually wear a Japanese size 24cm and a US size 7, and the fit is perfect, so I think it's closer to 24cm than 23.5cm.

I purchased these for 12,000 yen in February 2024, but I have never had the opportunity to wear them outside, so I don't think I will wear them in the future, and I will sell them.
